Terms and cost of delivery
Our preferred delivery service is Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery depends on the type, weight, volume and cost of insurance of the goods. Delivery is carried out to any location at the address you specify. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on location. Across Kyiv free delivery is possible.
Also, any product can be picked up from our office, and in our showroom there is an opportunity to get acquainted with our entire range. Since we supply, including used equipment with a guarantee (for example, data capture terminals used, barcode printers used, computer printing scales second hand) - you can inspect the product and check it in operation. Please note that we are an importer and keep our own equipment warehouse, so we immediately confirm the actual availability.
If the item is not in stock, it can be ordered. Specify delivery terms at managers. Estimated delivery time - from 2 weeks to 8 weeks for rare items.
We cooperate both with corporate clients and resellers under long-term contracts, as well as with individuals.
Warranty conditions for commercial equipment
All products are guaranteed according to the manufacturer's service policy. We, in turn, provide post-warranty and sometimes warranty repairs for all supplied equipment.
Our service center is an authorized service center for warranty and post-warranty repair of Point Mobile data terminals and Caribe, Sam4s POS hardware, Detaik POS systems, Winson barcode scanners. You will not need to wait until the equipment is sent to the manufacturer's official service center in another country and wait for it to be returned. We will repair Point Mobile and Caribe data capture terminals, Sam4s receipt printers and Detaik POS systems, Numa scanners, G-printer label printers in the shortest possible time!
